1.Custom Molds for Exclusive Product Appearance

We have an independent mold workshop capable of developing molds for our full product lineup, including compact A07 models for small shops, touchscreen A08 kiosks and large advertising A09 cabinets.
The casings are made of V0 flame-retardant raw materials. Molds reserve dedicated positions for brand logos, supporting custom colors and patterns with long-lasting print that does not fade easily.

2.Automated Injection Molding

All kiosk casings are produced on automated injection molding lines. All raw materials come with environmental test reports, and no recycled waste materials are used.
We adjust casing thickness based on usage scenarios: slim designs for small retail spaces and reinforced thick frames for shopping mall units. Multiple colors are molded in one step without post-spray painting.

3.Circuit Board Production in Dust-Free Workshop

Our self-owned dust-free SMT workshop manufactures circuit boards entirely in-house with fully automatic soldering and inspection equipment.
All mainboards feature multi-protection circuits against overcharging, overheating and short circuits, limiting overall equipment failure rate to below 1.5%, far better than the industry average.

4.Laser Welding Battery Assembly

We adopt genuine ATL lithium batteries, all subjected to capacity and safety tests before warehousing.
Batteries are laser-welded to mainboards for solid joints. Each cabinet comes with built-in heat dissipation channels to ensure stable operation in high-temperature regions, with daily power consumption as low as 0.26 kWh per unit.

5.Complete Equipment Assembly & Preloaded Operation System

Different models are assembled on separate production lines. After assembly, our proprietary VS CHARGE backend system is pre-installed on every unit.
It supports global payment methods including Octopus, credit cards and NFC, with multi-language interfaces. Each device carries a unique traceability code for convenient after-sales troubleshooting.

6.Multi-Round Aging Tests Before Shipment

All finished products must pass a full set of inspections before warehousing:
Charge, discharge, payment and touchscreen function testing
72-hour standby power consumption monitoring
High-temperature aging test at 55℃ to simulate hot environments
2,000 times plug-and-pull durability test
Flame retardancy and network stability inspection
Each shipment is accompanied by full certification documents including UN38.3, CE, SAA, FCC, suitable for venue admission reviews globally.
